About Jennifer
Based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, Jennifer Struck focuses her practice on health transactions and operations. With more than three decades of experience within the health care industry, Jennifer enjoys facilitating and negotiating transactions that foster collaboration, resulting in quality and value for patients.
Jennifer assists health systems and health care entities as they navigate health transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. She also provides counsel to hospitals and health systems and physician-owned entities to ensure they remain compliant with governmental fraud and abuse laws, including Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Additionally, Jennifer advises her clients on issues related to physician contracting and alignment, calling upon more than 15 years of experience serving as Chief Legal Officer for a large physician practice.
Jennifer is a member of the American Health Law Association and Executive Women in Healthcare. She is also active on the Board of Directors for Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission and is involved in local mission work through her church. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, horseback riding, boating and spending quality time with her children and large extended family.
