About Arthur
Art deVaux is a member of the health care practice group of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman in Troy, Michigan with over 20 years of experience in representing health care providers. His practice focuses in the areas of health care corporate transactions and representing health care provider networks on all aspects of their operation. Mr. deVaux has played an active role in the development and integration of health care providers including acquisitions and mergers involving hospitals, physician and ancillary providers, the development or expansion of provider networks and provider joint ventures. Mr. deVaux has also served as a seminar speaker regarding health care corporate transactions, integrated delivery networks and managed care contracting for local, state and national programs. He previously served as a Senior Corporate Attorney for St. John Health System. Mr. deVaux received his B.A., with honors, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
