About Brian
Based in the firm’s Denver office, Brian Sabey focuses his practice on employment-related litigation. Working with hospitals and health systems, including some of the region’s largest health care systems, Brian brings a strategic vision to his work, reaching resolutions as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Brian counsels his clients as they navigate employment-related litigation matters, including lawsuits brought by former employees and breach of non-compete arrangements. He also provides general advice with regards to employment matters and has experience advising clients on issues relating to compliance and medical staff matters.
Brian is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is very active with his church, where he currently serves as a youth leader. Aside from work, Brian enjoys sports, literature, film, hiking, essay writing and spending time with his family.
