About Daniel
Based in the firm’s Milwaukee office, Dan Balk focuses his practice on transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Working with a variety of health care entities, including hospitals, health systems and long-term care and post-acute providers, Dan serves as a strategic partner providing the experience needed to successfully address the many unique issues that can arise during health care transactions. He also assists clients as they navigate the complex regulatory considerations that govern the health care industry.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys discovering new restaurants, smoking meats and spending time with his wife, daughter and two mini-goldendoodles.
