About Jennifer
Jennifer Viegas is a shareholder who focuses her practice in the area of supply chain procurement, operations and strategy. As a trusted strategic partner, she assists clients, including hospitals, third party service providers, manufacturers and distributors, in all aspects of the supply chain from strategic sourcing and vendor contracting to distribution and GPO relationships.
Jen provides her clients with a comprehensive perspective with respect to specific vendors, products and services, advising on supply chain strategies that mitigate risk, create efficiencies and reduce operational costs. Jen also helps clients navigate fraud and abuse, FDA and other regulatory considerations when employing such strategies. Additionally, she has experience negotiating supply chain agreements, including agreements related to purchasing, distribution, outsourcing, management services, group purchasing organization and procurement with and for device companies, manufacturers and service providers.
Additionally, Jen is highly engaged in the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, serving as chair of Hall Render’s Business Development and Marketing Committees and attorney lead for the firm’s Business Development and Marketing Services Department. Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling with her husband and two young children, photography, flower arranging and playing tennis.
