About Jonathon
Jon Rabin concentrates his practice in health care and employment litigation and in advising employers. Jon offers practical, actionable legal advice to his clients, which include health systems, universities and other employers.
Jon regularly represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters such as employment discrimination and retaliation cases, class and collective actions, false claims disputes and commercial and reimbursement litigation. He brings a wealth of knowledge in employment and labor law, including the duty to accommodate disabled workers, discipline and discharge, employee leaves of absence, wage and hour matters and the collective bargaining process.
When away from the office, Jon is probably working with his youngest daughter on crafts or otherwise doing what she tells him to do.
