About Keith
Serving as the Office Managing Partner, Keith Dugger is an operational and regulatory attorney in Hall Render’s Dallas office. Keith provides clients with effective and practical counsel informed by the various environments in which he has practiced. With more than 20 years of experience, he has a proven ability to achieve positive results within the highly regulated health care industry.
Keith assists his clients, which include hospitals, health systems, physicians, physician groups and ancillary service providers, as they navigate the many operational challenges inherent in the industry. Additionally, he provides his clients with fraud and abuse analysis, ensuring they remain compliant with the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and other federal and state laws affecting their businesses.
Keith is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association and is actively involved in his church. Keith lives in Dallas with his wife and their three children and enjoys watching football and baseball in his free time.
