About Mark

Mark Garsombke is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Hall Render. He serves as corporate counsel to a variety of medical device manufacturers, pharmaceuticals and other life sciences companies, health care providers, Fortune 500 companies and other businesses on data privacy and security, HIPAA, FDA, Anti-Kickback Statute, human subject research, and virtual care compliance, and IT, IP, and general business transactions. Mark also frequently speaks and writes on data privacy and security and FDA-related legal matters. Previously, he has served as in-house counsel to a large mutual fund company. Mark has also been named to The Business Journal of Milwaukee's Forty Under 40 list.
