About Matthew
Matt Reed focuses his practice in the areas of managed care, pharmacy benefit management and reimbursement, in addition to advising clients on a variety of regulatory matters. Matt regularly supports hospitals, health systems, pharmacies, physician groups, provider-sponsored health plans and PBMs as they seek to remain compliant in the complicated and everchanging health care legal landscape.
Matt advises clients on managed care, PBM and related reimbursement issues, including provider and payor contracting, and matters related to price transparency. Additionally, Matt counsels clients on a variety of complex regulatory matters, including matters related to Medicare Advantage participation and compliance, surprise billing and virtual care. Matt also has experience in the area of fraud and abuse counsel, particularly as it relates to the federal Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
