About Patricia
As a member of the firm’s Health Information Technology, Privacy and Confidentiality section, Patricia Connelly's practice focuses on health information privacy and security under federal and state law, including HIPAA compliance, Part 2 compliance, breach responses, government investigations and privacy compliance audits. Patricia earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. She earned her J.D. and Graduate Certificate in Health Law from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served on the law school board of the Student Outreach Clinic, a student-run medical-legal partnership, and the Indiana Health Law Review. Prior to law school, Patricia worked as a business analyst. Patricia currently serves on the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Hall Center Mentor Board and is a member of Executive Women in Healthcare.
