About Ryan
Based in Hall Render’s Denver office, Ryan Butler focuses his practice in the area of real estate transactions. Ryan enjoys serving as a trusted partner to clients, providing practical, actionable counsel that allows clients to focus on patient care.
Ryan advises hospitals and health systems on all aspects of health care transactions. With an eye toward the unique aspects of the health care industry, he advises on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, physician alignment and physician contracting. Ryan also provides counsel regarding leasing matters and the purchase and sale of real estate.
Ryan is a member of the Bar Association of Missouri and the American Health Law Association. Outside of work, Ryan is involved with the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association and enjoys golf and both playing and watching hockey.
