About Joshua
Joshua Rogers focuses his practice on health law issues affecting stakeholders in the 340B and pharmacy benefit management spaces. With more than a dozen years of in-house experience, Joshua brings a multi-faceted perspective and well-rounded understanding of corporate law, and specifically in the health care industry.
Joshua has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to 340B and PBM, HIPAA compliance and general health care administration. He assists his clients as they navigate the highly regulated PBM industry, assisting in contracting, audits, industry relations and general regulatory compliance.
He has also worked for health-related technology development and health care companies and has served as an executive overseeing legal, compliance, external auditing, account management and legislative advocacy efforts.
Joshua is a member of the American Health Law Association and has presented on pharmacy-related topics at conferences for Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute and the 340B Coalition. In his free time, Joshua enjoys road and gravel cycling, mountain biking and enjoys films, live music and cooking.
