About Sadie
Based in the firm’s Milwaukee office, Sadie Zurfluh is a transactions attorney who represents health care and non-profit clients in the structuring, negotiating and closing of real estate transactions. Sadie’s work includes leasing, due diligence, entitlements, acquisitions and financing.
Sadie’s experience prior to joining Hall Render includes real estate, land use, condemnation and municipal litigation, which gives her a broad and unique perspective on real estate risk management issues. Her experience also includes representation of a public health authority throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic in defending its public health executive orders.
Sadie is a member of the Association for Women Lawyers and the American Health Law Association. Outside of work, Sadie enjoys playing music, singing and songwriting. She also loves spending time outdoors, traveling and playing pickleball.
