In addition to his Estate Planning and Business Transactions and Services practices, Thomas Jenkins advises clients relating to fiduciary matters, including trusts, estates, guardianships and similar fiduciary relationships. Having served for over twenty-five years as the chief legal officer for the American Fletcher/Bank One Indiana Trust operation, Mr. Jenkins is well credentialed to represent both individual and corporate fiduciaries, assisting them, both proactively and reactively, with respect to the proper administration of their fiduciary accounts. He also represents trust and estate beneficiaries in instances where questions have arisen with respect to the proper administration of the trust or estate in which the beneficiary has an interest.
