Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Benjamin Waters has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Waters provides regulatory and compliance advice to a broad range of health care clients with regard to various matters, including False Claims Act/qui tam cases, corporate compliance, fraud and abuse/Stark analysis, self-disclosure protocol submissions, government audits relating to Medicare and Medicaid billing and compliance with regulatory requirements regarding licensure and data privacy and security laws. Mr. Waters earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from George Mason University in 2009. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2012.
Mr. Waters is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
