About Kelci
Kelci Laster focuses her practice in health law, advising her clients on transaction-related matters. Kelci assists a broad array of clients, which include hospitals, hospital foundations, physician groups, health systems and other nonprofit organizations, as they navigate the complex regulations that govern the health care and nonprofit industries.
Kelci’s transactional experience includes entity creation and dissolution; mergers and acquisitions; and state filings, including charitable solicitation registrations, foreign entity registrations and state tax filings. She is highly involved in contract drafting, including physician employment agreements, asset purchase agreements and professional service agreements. In addition, Kelci assists clients in navigating compliance as it relates to the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Kelci is actively involved with her church and lives in Indianapolis with her husband. One of her favorite leisure activities is playing bocci ball.
