Hall Render has recently announced that Drew Howk and Brad Taormina have been named Shareholders.
Drew Howk (Indianapolis office) devotes his practice to defending clients against government and whistleblower actions alleged under the False Claims Act and representing health care and business clients in commercial litigation, including federal multi-district litigation and appeals. His experience includes knowledge in the use of e-discovery in complex litigation, including management of complex reviews and productions as well as motion practice related to requests for electronically stored information. Drew received his J.D. with a certificate in health law in 2012 from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
Brad Taormina (Detroit office) focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters in both state and federal courts and numerous administrative tribunals, including claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, harassment, hostile work environment, breach of non-competition and other employment agreements, and alleged violations of state and federal employment statutes. He also represents employers in traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, election matters, grievance processing, arbitration and unfair labor practices. Brad represents companies in complex litigation matters including prosecuting and defending cases involving commercial and contractual transactions. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School in 2012.
