Hall Render is pleased to announce Lindsey Croasdale has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Lindsey focuses her practice on regulatory compliance and corporate transactions in health care as well as employment law matters. Specifically, she advises clients on Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, patient care issues and human resources management. While in law school, Lindsey was a Senior Editor of Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s Annals of Health Law. Prior to law school, she served as an agriculture and food security volunteer in Nicaragua with the United States Peace Corps.
Lindsey received her B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Florida in 2009 and earned her law degree with a Certificate in Health Law from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2017.
Lindsey is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin.
