Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Cicely Vaughn has joined the firm’s Detroit office.
Cicely counsels hospitals and health systems in health law, corporate transactions and clinical research matters. She is interested in human subject research, FDA law, fraud and abuse and government investigations. Prior to joining Hall Render, she worked at FDA and in the pharmaceutical industry. Cicely earned her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1996 and her M.P.H. from Emory University in 1998. She received her J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School in 2007.
Cicely is admitted to practice in Michigan and is a member of the American Health Law Association, State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association and Food and Drug Law Institute.
