Hall Render is pleased to announce Andrew Harrison has joined the firm’s FDA & Life Sciences practice segment in its Milwaukee office.
Andrew Harrison regularly counsels pharmaceutical, biotechnology, dietary supplement and medical device manufacturers and distributors as well as pharmacies and outsourcing facilities on a wide array of U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Agency, Federal Trade Commission and related health care matters, including those relating to regulatory strategy and policy, compliance,enforcement and related administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Andrew was most recently the Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Group Compliance Officer for Compounding at AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Andrew also served in senior regulatory leadership roles as General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer at Regulatory Compliance Associates Inc., a boutique life sciences consultancy, and Corporate Vice President, Global Quality & Compliance at GE Healthcare as well as multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
Andrew received his B.S. in Microbiology from East Tennessee State University, earned his M.S. in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University in 2016 and completed his J.D. at the University of Illinois at Chicago – John Marshall Law School in 2006.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin and his practice within the District of Columbia is limited to matters and proceedings before federal courts and agencies. He is a member of the Food & Drug Law Institute, American Health Law Association and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
