Hall Render is pleased to announce Alec Mercolino has joined the firm in its Raleigh office.
Alec assists in facilitating a variety of transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience providing counsel on managed care and fraud and abuse matters.
Alec received his B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014 and earned his J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law in 2020.
Alec is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
