Hall Render Involvement in $107 Billion Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV-SAB Miller Antitrust Settlement

William E. Berlin has been appointed by the United States Department of Justice and approved by a federal judge as monitoring trustee in United States v. Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV and SABMiller plc. This transaction is valued at $107 billion. As monitoring trustee, Berlin will oversee the parties’ compliance with the settlement terms set forth in the court’s final judgment, which is likely to be entered in early 2017. Berlin also served as the monitoring trustee in United States v. Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, et al (Grupo Modelo S.A.B. de C.V.) from 2013 until 2016.
