About Margaret
Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Margaret McAlpin focuses her practice on fraud and abuse and compliance matters and antitrust compliance monitoring. Margaret assists health care providers, including hospitals and health systems, to ensure their compliance programs are consistent with OIG guidance. Margaret also partners with clients to develop strategies to minimize fraud and abuse risks and ensure compliance with the complex laws that govern the health care industry, including Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
