Jon Boguth (Detroit office) advises on technology-related transactions with a focus on IT procurement. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements for IT products and services used across health systems, hospitals, and other entities, including for software licenses and subscriptions, consulting services, and complex outsourcing arrangements. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law in 2009.
Lauren Hulls (Indianapolis office) graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2010. She practices in the area of health care law with a focus on transactional, regulatory and reimbursement matters.
Joe Krause (Milwaukee office) graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. He focuses his practice on corporate and regulatory work for health care clients including hospitals, health systems, physician practices, rural health clinics, IDTFs and ASCs.
Julie Lappas (Indianapolis office) advises health care clients of all types on a variety of managed care, pharmacy and compliance matters. Her practice involves counseling health systems, retail clinics, pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers on payer contracting and corporate compliance issues, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D compliance and compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse and pharmacy laws. Julie graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2009.
Rene Larkin (Denver office) graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2010. She counsels clients on a large range of real estate matters, including commercial lease transactions, purchase and sale of real property, easement and restrictive covenants, real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and development projects.
Sara MacCarthy (Milwaukee office) graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1996. Her work involves the representation of hospitals, physician groups, nursing homes and other licensed health care professionals with regard to health care regulatory issues, ERISA, commercial transactions, labor and employment, insurance, guardianships, medical staff issues and revenue cycle operations, including the management and collection of commercial and patient accounts.
Katie Miller (Indianapolis office) practices in the area of health care law with a focus on regulatory, compliance, corporate transactional and physician integration matters. Katie also routinely assists clients with intellectual property issues including trademarks, copyrights and licensing matters. She graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011.
