Hall Render is proud to announce that Colleen Powers has been selected as an honoree for the Indianapolis Business Journal‘s 2021 Forty Under 40 list.
Colleen focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an eye towards helping her clients better serve their communities. She also serves in an outside general counsel capacity, working with hospitals, physician groups and other health care service providers on pressing issues facing our health care system. In addition to being a Shareholder and serving as a Board Member, Colleen also leads the firm’s Health Care Mergers & Acquisitions service line.
Throughout her career, Colleen has been a passionate advocate for mentorship both within the firm and in her community. For more than a decade, she has served in a variety of leadership roles with Executive Women in Healthcare, including a two-year term as the organization’s President, launching a mentoring program for women in health care. Colleen also helped create an attorney apprenticeship program through the Indianapolis Bar Association.
