About Alison
Based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, Alison Kling is a transactions attorney who represents health care providers on a wide variety of real estate matters. With a strong background in real estate transactions, Alison enjoys partnering with clients to serve as a trusted advisor.
Alison advises clients on transactions relating to the development of medical facilities, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions. She also counsels clients as they navigate financing, tax exemption applications and appeals, development agreements and construction contracts. Alison also has experience advising on matters related to land use and entitlements.
In her free time, Alison enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and twin children.
