Hall Render is pleased to announce Jennifer Hatchett has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Jennifer focuses her practice in the area of health care regulatory law with a particular emphasis on insurance plans. She advises clients on all aspects of Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance and assists clients in remaining compliant with the various regulations that govern regional and federal insurance programs. Jennifer has deep experience working with multiple state Medicaid programs, possessing a unique understanding of the intricacies of the different markets at play both at the state and federal levels. Additionally, she represents clients in provider contract negotiations, providing context to successfully reach a compliant and beneficial end-state.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky and is a member of the American Health Law Association, Kentucky Bar Association and Health Care Compliance Association.
