Hall Render is pleased to announce that David Snow and Chad Sukurs were recently named the Best Lawyers® 2023 Health Care “Lawyer of the Year” in Milwaukee and Indianapolis, respectively.
David’s practice focuses on corporate and regulatory work for health care clients including hospitals, health care systems and physician organizations. This work encompasses: corporate structure and reorganizations; joint ventures; tax planning; obtaining and maintaining tax exemption; health care licensing and certification; government reimbursement, billing and payment matters; and corporate compliance.
Chad has dedicated his career to advising clients in health care law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, general business transactions and services, governance, hospital and physician transactions, physician alignment, physician group practices and tax exemption. His experience ranges from hospital M&A, such as representation of hospitals and health systems in acquisitions and divestitures, to physician arrangement matters, including day-to-day representation of physician practices and significant strategic alignment initiatives between hospitals and their physician partners. He also served as in-house Chief Legal Officer for a 25-hospital Catholic regional health system, overseeing legal operations and assisting in a substantial governance overhaul.
