Hall Render Announces New Shareholders

Hall Render recently announced that Michael T. Batt, Brian C. Betner, Elizabeth Callahan-Morris, Katherine A. Kuchan, Jonathon A. Rabin and Dana E. Stutzman have been named Shareholders.

Michael T. Batt (Indianapolis office) is a 1999 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and concentrates his practice primarily in assisting health care providers with the acquisition, licensing, protection and transfer of technology.

Brian C. Betner (Indianapolis office) graduated in 2004 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with Honors in Health Law.  His practice is devoted exclusively to health care law, including medical staff and physician relations, hospital and physician joint ventures, physician contracting, hospital risk management issues and professional practice representation.

Elizabeth Callahan-Morris (Troy office) graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 1996 and focuses her practice in the areas of HIPAA privacy and security, patient care issues and corporate compliance.

Katherine A. Kuchan (Milwaukee office) graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2001.  She is also a Registered Nurse and concentrates on providing legal counsel to clients in numerous states regarding regulatory and compliance matters.

Jonathon A. Rabin (Troy office) is a 1997 graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and focuses his practice on employment litigation and on counseling clients in day-to-day personnel matters.

Dana E. Stutzman (Indianapolis office) graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2002 and devotes his practice to counseling clients in numerous aspects of employment law, as well as handling employment litigation in agency proceedings and state and federal courts.
