Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Jonathan M. Boguth, J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Boguth practices in Hall Render’s Health Information Technology section where he focuses on drafting and negotiating agreements for software development and licensing, IT consulting and other information systems. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an attorney for IBM.
Boguth completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where he remained to earn his law degree. While in law school, he was an editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
Boguth was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2009. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and American Health Law Association.
