Hall Render has recently announced that Todd A. Nova and Thomas D. Shrack have been named shareholders.
Todd A. Nova (Milwaukee office) earned his law degree in 2004 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. His practice areas include regulatory, reimbursement, technology and corporate issues for health care clients including hospitals, health care systems, pharmacies and physician organizations.
Thomas D. Shrack (Indianapolis office) graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2003. He focuses his practice on clinical services and patient care issues, corporate counsel services, medical staff relations, regulatory and compliance and legal and ethical issues involved in clinical research activities.
