Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Mark R. Dahlby, J.D., has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Dahlby counsels health care providers, medical device manufacturers and other life sciences clients on a variety of FDA matters, compliance audits, development of policies and procedures, government investigations and structuring of related transactions. His transactional practice focuses on the regulatory, structuring and business considerations in health care industry contractual arrangements.
Dahlby completed his undergraduate studies cum laude at University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and earned his law degree at University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to joining Hall Render, he worked in-house for a Fortune 100 medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer.
He has been admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. Dahlby is a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute, American Health Law Association, American Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society and BioForward.
