Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Zachary G. Jacob, J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Zach practices in the area of tax exemption, business transactions and corporate counsel services. He advises tax-exempt organizations, including hospitals, health systems and hospital foundations, on governance issues, issues related to maintain federal tax-exempt status and compliance issues related to state nonprofit corporation laws. He also advises on matters related to hospital/physician joint ventures and affiliations, acquisition of medical practices and recruitment and employment arrangements.
Zach received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Hillsdale College and received his law degree cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Zach has been admitted to the Indiana Bar and is a member of the American Health Law Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
