Hall Render is pleased to announcethat of counsel attorney Kimberly S. Adams, J.D., has rejoined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Adams practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in health care litigation. She handles all aspects of medical negligence defense litigation for long-term care facilities, hospitals, physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and health care providers before medical review panels and courts. Kimberly rejoins Hall Render after serving as in-house counsel for the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, a municipal corporation that serves as headquarters to both the Marion County Public Health Department and Eskenzai Health. Prior to her time with Hall Render, Adams was a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
Adams received her undergraduate degree from Huntington College and received her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Adams has been admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the American Health Law Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.
