Larry Coon counsels health care providers in corporate, business and strategic relationships, including affiliations, joint ventures, contractual arrangements, acquisitions and other growth strategies. He regularly works on behalf of hospitals, health systems, physician practices and provider networks. Larry’s practice frequently includes regulatory assessment and planning regarding antitrust, fraud and abuse, Stark and tax exemption matters. Larry serves as the managing shareholder for the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Pat Walsh practices in the areas of tax-exempt bonds and health care finance, focusing on hospitals, health care systems and senior living facilities. He provides ongoing advice and training to borrowers concerning compliance with indenture covenants and IRS rules related to bond-financed projects. Pat also represents banks as direct lenders or letter of credit providers to health care organizations and represents underwriters in the offering of tax-exempt bonds.
