Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Karen Withers has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Ms. Withers advises and defends physicians, physician practice groups, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other health care providers in all stages of medical malpractice litigation, including jury trials and appeals. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville in 1998 and received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005. In 2013, Ms. Withers was recognized as Defense Lawyer of the Year by Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
Ms. Withers is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, American Health Law Association, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, Defense Research Institute, Indiana Society for Healthcare Risk Management and American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
