Hall Render Announces New Shareholders

Hall Render has recently announced that Tom Donohoe, Jen Gonzalez, Michael Greer, Steve Hahn, Leia Olsen, Christina Torossian and Joe Wolfe have been named Shareholders.

Tom Donohoe (Denver office) graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Health Law Concentration in 2008 and advises health care providers on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including hospital/physician joint ventures, physician practice acquisitions, physician alignment and clinical integration.

Jen Gonzalez (Detroit office) graduated summa cum laude from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002 and concentrates her practice on employment litigation and advising corporate clients on best practices to reduce potential litigation.

Michael Greer (Indianapolis office) graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2007 and provides advice and counsel to health systems, hospitals, physician groups, clinically integrated networks, and ACOs on antitrust, managed care and general corporate matters.

Steve Hahn (Milwaukee office) graduated magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2006 and counsels health care providers in health and business law.

Leia Olsen  (Milwaukee and Philadelphia offices) graduated cum laude from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a Health Law Concentration in 2007.  She also obtained in 2007 from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Management.  Leia focuses her practice on advising health care organizations on health care compliance, reimbursement and payment, patient privacy and other regulatory matters.

Christina Torossian (Detroit office) graduated cum laude from the Wayne State University Law School. Her practice focuses on representing health care organizations and professionals on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including business formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, general business agreements and other commercial transactions for both nonprofit and for-profit entities.

Joe Wolfe (Milwaukee office) graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2007 and advises health care organizations on a national basis on a broad range of regulatory, operational and strategic matters, including Stark Law compliance, hospital-physician transactions, physician compensation and health care valuation issues.
