Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Barbra Nault has joined the firm’s Anchorage office.
Barbra focuses her legal practice on health care, business and corporate transactions, employment law and business advice. She regularly advises health care clients on business organization and governance, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions. Barbra serves as outside general counsel for a number of small to mid-sized companies in Alaska and works with the general counsel of larger companies on a variety of matters within her areas of practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona in 1988 and received her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1997.
Barbra is admitted to practice in Alaska and is a member of the American Health Law Association, Alaska Bar Association and Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers.
