About Alec
Alec Mercolino is an attorney in Hall Render’s Raleigh office. He concentrates his practice in health law with an emphasis on health care industry transactions. Alec strives to help clients accomplish their business goals while navigating the complex health care regulatory space.
Working with health care providers such as hospitals, health systems and physician group practices, Alec assists in facilitating a variety of transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience providing counsel on managed care and fraud and abuse matters.
Outside of work, Alec enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, and writing and performing music.
