About Nathan
Nathan Chubb is a shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office, where he advises clients on all aspects of how antitrust law impacts their business. Nathan is particularly focused on assisting clients through the regulatory review associated with complex, transformational mergers and acquisitions by advising on transaction structure, coordinating merger filings and advocating before the FTC and DOJ to ensure successful outcomes. In addition to his transactional work, he has experience in antitrust litigations, on the formation, operation and ongoing antitrust considerations of all types of provider networks, including ACOs, clinically integrated networks (CINs), PHOs and IPAs, and responding to government investigations and information requests.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Nathan worked at a multinational law firm advising clients on antitrust issues in numerous industries, including health care, energy and big tech. Prior to entering private practice, Nathan also worked for four years at the FTC, conducting numerous merger reviews and conduct investigations, including negotiating several divestitures and other remedies.
Nathan lives in Arlington, VA with his wife, their three children and two dogs. A former varsity pole vaulter at The College of William & Mary, he enjoys all things outdoors, including golfing, fishing and coaching his kids in their various sports.
