Hall Render's approach to litigation and the preparation for litigation incorporates the philosophy of the Sedona Conference, which implements an organized, realistic, practical and tailored approach to E-discovery that aligns with the circumstances and breadth of the issues faced by our clients. Hall Render has extensive experience in counseling our clients on efficient, cost-effective and defensible legal holds and preservation efforts related to litigation, the anticipation of litigation or an agency investigation. In doing so, Hall Render takes into account each client's records retention programs in the assessment of targeted data populations for legal holds or for case evaluation purposes. Additionally, Hall Render will, with a client's permission, select key client personnel to assist during discovery and investigation in the immediate case at bar and to serve as standing members of a client-based internal team that is trained and prepared to respond systematically and procedurally to any future investigations or anticipated litigation.
