About Heather

Based in the firm’s Milwaukee office, Heather Mogden represents health care providers in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Heather’s practice focuses on commercial health care litigation, False Claims Act defense and provider reimbursement appeals. Heather’s experience also involves managing large eDiscovery review processes, including forensic data retrieval. Understanding the unique complexities of the health care industry, Heather advises health care providers on all aspects of litigation from the initial pleadings through trial, as well as pre-litigation risk assessment and litigation avoidance strategies in contracting.
