About Jenny
Jenny Kumosz concentrates her practice in the area of health care law. Calling upon her government relations background, Jenny works in the federal advocacy space, bringing experience in the development and implementation of health policy for a variety of health care organizations. Additionally, she advises her clients on physician compensation and fraud and abuse issues. Working with a variety of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, she also counsels clients to ensure compliance with the complex regulations that govern the health care industry. Jenny also has experience in the area of academic medicine, including drafting affiliation agreements between medical schools and hospital systems. She formerly worked at Vanderbilt School of Medicine's Office for Diversity Affairs.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Jenny worked for the American Heart Association advancing federal, state and local policies.
