Trump Administration Releases “Blueprint for Testing Plans and Rapid Response Programs”

  • The Trump Administration issued a series of guidelines for testing and rapid response programs as the nation’s economy reopens.

CDC Updates Evaluation and Laboratory Testing Criteria

  • The CDC updated its evaluation and laboratory testing criteria. 

CMS Issues Letter for Clinicians Participating in MIPS

  • CMS issued a letter to clinicians participating in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (“MIPS”) for the 2020 performance period.

  • House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer announced today that the House will not return to session on May 4. While the Senate is still scheduled to return on May 4, no coronavirus-related votes are expected.
