OFCCP to Host Webinar Series Geared Toward Complying with New Regulations

The OFCCP is hosting a series of webinars designed to help federal contractors understand and implement its newly published regulations regarding affirmative action for individuals with disabilities and certain protected veterans.  These new regulations, which become effective on March 24, 2014, significantly change the affirmative action obligations related to individuals with disabilities and certain protected veterans.  The regulations, along with the OFCCP’s published guidance and FAQs, are available here and here

Entitled, “Moving Toward Compliance,” the webinar series will feature separate webinar sessions, each addressing a specific topic and subtopic.  The webinar sessions will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM (EST) on the following dates:

According to the OFCCP, space will be limited due to WebEx capacity limitations.  Recordings of the webinars will be posted on OFCCP’s website for those who are unable to attend.
