About Bradley
Brad Taormina is a shareholder in the Health Care Human Resources Group. Brad focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He specializes in all aspects of traditional labor law matters. He has represented health care employers across the country in collective bargaining negotiations, representation election proceedings, labor arbitration hearings, unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies, and related federal court litigation. Brad has conducted union avoidance training and assisted employers with responding to union organizing campaigns. He regularly provides counsel regarding labor strategy, grievance processing, strikes and strike threats, picketing, and other concerted activity. Brad understands the legal and operational issues that are unique to health care employers and has devoted his practice to developing and implementing labor relations strategies and solutions that seek to address those unique issues.
