About Addison
Addison Bradford focuses his practice on real estate law, serving as a strategic advisor to his clients as they work to expand and improve health care within their communities. Addison assists his clients as they navigate the health care industry’s complex regulatory environment, specifically the application of the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, so they can better focus their efforts on improving health outcomes for their patient population. This includes advising clients on:
- Leases and other space arrangements, including those subject to health care regulatory constraints;
- Development projects, including the construction of medical office buildings and hospitals;
- Land use approvals, including development variances and rezone petitions; and
- Structuring financing for real estate projects between public and private entities.
Addison is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the American Health Law Association. Addison is passionate about raising awareness for behavioral health issues in the workplace, writing multiple articles on the subject and sharing his personal experience on the issue. He lives in Zionsville (a suburb of Indianapolis) with his wife Becca and their dog Connie and is actively involved in his community, regularly attending College Park Church and volunteering with Central Indiana Youth for Christ as a mentor to high school students. Addison is an avid runner, finishing in the top 90% of over 10 full marathons and the top 5% of the number of CLIF Bars consumed during said races.
