About Charlotte
Charlotte Fillenwarth focuses her legal practice in the area of business immigration by assisting clients in the preparation of J-1 Waivers, National Interest Waivers, H-1B Petitions, O-1 Petitions, P-1 Petitions, Trade NAFTA Work Authorization and Permanent Residency Applications. She also provides counseling on various immigration issues including I-9 and E-verify Compliance. Charlotte received her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she also served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review.
