The Immigration Practice Group assists nonprofit and for-profit health care entities and other employers on a national, regional and local level in all business-immigration related matters. As a health care focused law firm, we have a unique understanding of the employment-related immigration issues facing hospitals, clinics and physician groups as well as employers outside the health care field. It is our goal to obtain a complete overview and understanding of clients' immigration-related needs in order to develop creative and effective solutions that adjust to and comply with constantly evolving immigration regulations and laws. Our immigration attorneys are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, participating in frequent speaking engagements focusing on compliance and new developments in business-immigration law.
