About Lisa
Lisa Lucido concentrates her practice in the areas of regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and managed care. She provides counsel to a wide variety of health care entities in developing strategies and policies to ensure compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid programs, including the evaluation of provider-based issues, conditions of payment, disclosure and compliance matters. Additionally, Lisa provides practical counsel on strategies for compliance with surprise billing laws and virtual care models. Lisa also advises providers in the negotiation and administration of managed care contracts and works closely with clients to address regulatory and compliance issues related to participation in Medicare Advantage.
Lisa frequently publishes and speaks on surprise billing and reimbursement matters. She was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021 for her work in health care law and was selected to the Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch list in 2021 and 2022.
